We loved him dearly. He was kind, intelligent and thoughtful, and even in his later life challenges, never lost his wonderful humour.

We will miss our telephone conversations, and remember fondly all the visits and good times. A wonderful Man and a good and faithful servant. RIP Fr. Ed

We both knew Ed well in our younger years and loved and respected him. John lived and worked with him at the cathedral, on the marriage tribunal and when he was director of the Catholic Information Centre.

A wonderful man and priest has gotten his reward. He was such a great homilist and teacher. We have often said that had it not been for Father Ed, our faith would not be what it is.
