Fr. Bryan was ordained to the priesthood in 2011 for the Archdiocese of Vancouver where he has served in parish ministry, in the vocations office, and more recently as director of psychological services. After 5 years of ministry he began studying for a doctorate in clinical psychology at The Institute for Psychological Sciences – Divine Mercy University. He obtained his doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy. D.) in 2021. Fr. Bryan has worked in outpatient settings in his home town of Vancouver, BC, as well as Arlington, VA, Frederick, MD, and Denver, CO., where he has worked with diverse populations, including seminarian, clergy, and consecrated religious. His dissertation was a cross-sectional analysis exploring the development of affective maturity among first and final year seminarians at St. John Vianney Seminary in Denver, CO. He is a licensed psychologist in British Columbia and, along with serving clergy, religious, and seminary populations, has assisted with the development and advocacy for mental health ministry throughout the Archdiocese of Vancouver.

Michelle Diment received her Certificate of Spiritual Formation from the Avila Foundation, and a spiritual direction certificate from the Lanteri Center for Ignatian Spirituality in Denver. In 2019, she and her husband began the parish evangelization ministry Come As You Are, proclaiming the Gospel clearly and simply in small group settings. Michelle is passionate about serving the community through formation on identity, prayer, Ignatian discernment and spiritual direction to help souls navigate the spiritual life. She especially loves leading the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, rejoicing in her "front row seat" for witnessing sacred encounters. Michelle is happily married to Tom for 34 years, and together they have five children and two grandchildren.
