Why did the bishop install some new pastors and not others?
Why are some given a set term with a parish and others, like St Albert the Great are undergoing a change of clergy every two years?
It is extremely difficult to engage parishioners when there is a reduction in clergy and also it takes time to get to know one another. That poor church needs so much work done. It was poorly built and requires a huge amount of repair work. Also, it supports several schools and many families but still it is hard to fill the ministerial needs.
Just wondering what the rationale is for this?
